Los Encinos offers conditions rarely found together in the region: a wide variety of birds — including native and migratory hummingbirds — and a Bortle 4.8 sky, dark enough for serious astrophotography. The property has scenic viewpoints, electrical outlets, and enough space to set up telescopes, tripods and specialized equipment.
